Privacy Policy for Applicants and Employees
Planet Communications Asia Public Company Limited and its affiliates are referred to as the “Company”, you are encouraged to understand the privacy policy as it describes how the company treats your personal information as an applicant and/or employee, such as; collect, store, use, disclose, including your rights, etc., so that you are aware of the company’s privacy policy. The company therefore announces the privacy policy as follows.
1. Definition
Personal information: Meaning any information that can identify an applicant and/or an employee (Whether with that information or combined with other information), which are divided into two main groups

Applicant: Meaning the person applying for a job to be a permanent employee. Wage staff Employees who are employed by outsourcers and freelancers working for the company, as the case may be, whether the application is made by the applicant themselves. Or is it a job recruitment within the company? Or through the recommendation of any other person or through the operation of the recruitment service provider
Employee: meaning candidates who have been selected to enter into a contract to work for the company as a permanent employee. Wage staff employees who are employed by outsourcers and freelancers who come to work in the company, as the case may be.
2. Processing of personal or sensitive data
