PCA กางแผนธุรกิจคาดรายได้ปี 59 โต 15% จากธุรกิจด้านสื่อสารโทรคมนาคม ธุรกิจแพลนเน็ตไฟเบอร์รวมทั้งรายได้จากตลาด AEC สร้างผลตอบแทนให้ผู้ถือหุ้นต่อเนื่อง ล่าสุดที่ประชุมสามัญผู้ถือหุ้นประจำปี 2559 เมื่อวันที่ 28 เมษายน ที่ผ่านมามีมติอนุมัติจ่ายปันผล 0.14 บาทต่อหุ้น เอาใจผู้ถือหุ้นชูให้อัตราจ่ายปันผล 69 เปอร์เซ็นต์ของกำไรสุทธิ “ประพัฒน์ รัฐเลิศกานต์” นายใหญ่ มั่นใจจะไม่ทำให้นักลงทุนผิดหวังกับผลประกอบการของบริษัทฯในปี 2559 เพื่อตอบแทนผู้ถือหุ้นต่อเนื่อง
นายประพัฒน์ รัฐเลิศกานต์ กรรมการผู้อำนวยการและหัวหน้าเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร บริษัท แพลนเน็ต คอมมิวนิเคชั่น เอเชีย จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ PCA เปิดเผยถึงแผนการดำเนินงานปี 2559 บริษัทฯเน้นการเติบโตด้านเทคโนโลยีวางระบบ งานผลิตรถถ่ายทอดสดผ่านดาวเทียม บริการอินเทอร์เน็ตความเร็วแสง Fiber To The Room 1Gbps ผ่านสายเคเบิ้ลใยแก้วนำแสงตั้งแต่ต้นทางจนถึงห้องลูกค้า สำหรับอาคารสูง และการขยายงานด้านวางระบบและงานสื่อสารผ่านดาวเทียมใน ภูมิภาคอาเซียน ซึ่งประมาณการรายได้ในปีนี้เติบโตร้อยละ 15 จากปีก่อน โดยธุกิจที่มีส่วนผลักดันรายได้มาจากธุรกิจใหม่ที่ได้ เปิดตัวอย่างเป็นทาง การเมื่อต้นปี “PlanetFiber GigaNET” เป็นบริการอินเทอร์เน็ตความเร็วแสง Fiber To The Room 1Gbps ผ่านสายเคเบิ้ลใยแก้วนำแสงตั้งแต่ต้นทางจนถึงห้องลูกค้าสำหรับอาคารสูงราย แรกของไทย ด้วยจุดเด่นเทคโนโลยีใหม่ล่าสุดและสัญญาณมีความเสถียรสูง โดยตั้งเป้าในปี 2559 มีผู้ใช้บริการ 10,000 ราย และภายในปี 2560 มีเป้าหมายจำนวนโครงการคอนโดมิเนียมที่จะติดตั้ง 120 โครงการ รวม 100,000 ห้อง คาดว่าจะมีผู้ใช้บริการ 50,000 ราย หรือประมาณ 50% ของจำนวนห้องทั้งหมด โดย PlanetFiber มีมาร์จิ้นสูงถึง 30-40% ซึ่งจะช่วยสนับสนุนให้ผลประกอบการของบริษัทเติบโตได้อย่างแข็งแกร่ง
ทั้งนี้ บริษัทฯได้จัดการประชุมสามัญประจำปีผู้ถือหุ้น เมื่อวันที่ 28 เมษายน 2559 ที่ผ่านมา ณ โรงแรมรามาการ์เด้นส์ ห้องแกรนด์ฮอลล์ 2 โดยมีวาระการอนุมัติจ่ายเงินปันผลจากผลการดำเนิงานประจำปี 2558 ในอัตราหุ้นละ 0.14 บาท หรือคิดเป็นสัดส่วนการจ่ายเงินปันผล 69% ของกำไรสุทธิต่อหุ้น โดยกำหนดวันที่ไม่ได้รับสิทธิปันผล (XD) วันที่ 13 พฤษภาคม 2559 และจ่ายปันผลวันที่ 26 พฤษภาคม 2559 โดยที่ประชุมผู้ถือหุ้นมีมติอนุมัติในวาระดังกล่าวนี้
“เพื่อเป็นการขอบคุณผู้ถือหุ้นบริษัทฯจึงมีการจ่ายปันผลในอัตราสูงถึงร้อยละ 69 ของกำไรสุทธิหรือคิดเป็น 0.14 บาทต่อหุ้นโดยที่ประชุมสามัญผู้ถือหุ้นมีมติเห็นด้วยในการจ่ายเงินปันผล และเชื่อว่าจะไม่ทำให้นักลงทุนผิดหวังกับผลประกอบการ ของ บริษัทฯ ในปี 2559 เพื่อตอบแทนผู้ถือหุ้นต่อเนื่อง โดยตั้งเป้าหมายรายได้ในปีนี้เติบโต 15% จากปีก่อนที่มีรายได้ 1,028 ล้านบาท” นายประพัฒน์กล่าว
สำหรับผลประกอบการของบริษัทฯในงวดปี 2558 ว่า บริษัทฯมีรายได้รวม 1,027.7 ล้านบาท โดยเป็นรายได้จากการขายและบริการจำนวน 1,019.2 ล้านบาท รายได้ที่เพิ่มมาจากการขายสินค้าในกลุ่มผลิตภัณฑ์ภาย ใต้ชื่อแพลนเน็ตคอมและ จากการขายบริการ และมีรายได้อื่นๆ จำนวน 8.5 ล้านบาท ขณะที่กำไรสุทธิอยู่ที่ 53.4 ล้านบาท หรือคิดเป็นอัตรากำไรสุทธิร้อยละ 5.2 ของรายได้รวม
PCA has projected its revenue in 2016 with 15% growth on telecommunications business through PlanetFiber and AEC market, potentially generating continuous gain for its shareholders. Resolved by PCA Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting in 2016 held on April 28, it was approved for dividend payment of Baht 0.14 per share, or 69 % of dividend payout ratio. “Prapat Rathlertkarn” gave investors a confidence in PCA operating performance in 2016, aiming at continuous payback to shareholders.
Mr. Prapat Rathlertkarn, as President and Chief Executive Officer revealed PCA action plan in 2016. The Company focuses on its growth in systemization technologies, satellite mobile vehicle production, “Fiber to The Room 1Gbps” light speed internet service through fiber optic from the host to client’s room in condominium, systemization and satellite expansion in Asian Region. The Company’s forecasted revenue would be 15% growth from last year. The major business driving for its revenue would be the newly launched “PlanetFiber GigaNET” as pioneering “Fiber to The Room 1Gbps” light speed internet service through fiber optic from the host to client’s room in condominium with its strength in most advanced technology and high stability of signal. In 2016, the targeted number of clients is 10,000 persons. In 2017, it is targeted that among 120 condominium projects covering 100,000 rooms, 50,000 clients or about 50% of total number of rooms will be of PCA service, projecting 30-40% margin and supporting the Company’s consistent growth in its operating performance.
The Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders in 2016 was held on April 28, 2016 at Grand Hall II Room of Rama Gardens Hotel. One of the agenda of meeting was to give approval on dividend payment from the operating performance in 2015 at the rate of 0.14 Baht per share or 69% of dividend payout ratio. It was stipulated that the date of no dividend payment (XD) was May 13, 2016 and the date of dividend payment was May 26, 2016 which it was expected that the agenda would be approved by the Meeting.
“To express gratitude to the Company’s shareholders, the Company had approved the dividend payment at the high rate of 69% of net profit or 0.14 Baht per share. It was then resolved by the Meeting for dividend payment and for giving investors a confidence in the Company’s operating performance in 2016. The target was set for 15% growth from last year which the Company’s revenue was 1,028 million Baht”, said Mr. Prapat.
For the Company’s operating performance in 2015, the Company’s revenue was 1,027.7 million Baht, of which 1,019.2 million Baht was generated from sales and services revenue. These rising revenues was from the product under PlanetComm brand and services sale, while revenue from other activities amounted 8.5 million Baht. The net profit was at 53.4 million Baht or 5.2% net profit of PCA total revenue.
